The BBBW1 cooperative is an independent and autonomous cooperative controlled by its members and an independent activity of Black Business Builders Club members. BBW1 is a member driven cooperative activity independent of Black Business Builders Club founder activities.

The BBBW1 cooperative is a member organization where all funding is invested at risk by its members for the purpose of advertising one time in Black business Enterprise Magazine. The total membership of BBBW1 for this purpose is capped at 215 individuals slots/shares. The current total collective capital required to secure a quarter page advertising position in Black Enterprise magazine is $12,600.1/3 side advertisement at 13,879

The BBBW1 cooperative will offer shares to the members at $65.25 per share to raise the necessary capital to secure the advertising position. All purchased shares are at risk with no guarantees of any kind written or implied.

How it works

The cooperative has secured the domain name www.BlackBusinessBuildersWorldwide.com This URL will be used in the advertisement in Black Enterprise Magazine. This will be the capture URL for all leads generated from the ad. Every member in the Black Business Builders Club has numerous promotion pages that they can use to promote the club. Each cooperative member will submit the webpage that they would like to use to attract new leads. This promotion web page will be placed in a link rotator that will equally direct new leads generated from the ad to BBW1 cooperative member promotion web pages, based on percentage of shares invested. This will happen automatically by the link rotator system.

The popularity and respectability of Black Enterprise magazine combined with its national exposure and vast subscriber base could generate quite an interest in the Black business Builders Club and possibly create a membership drive explosion. Those that participate in the cooperative opportunity have the potential to reap huge growth rewards.

This is our first cooperative activity of this magnitude and a beta venture for us here in the club so at the current moment it is quite informal. We believe that the most important thing right now is to get it accomplished. The Black Business Builders Worldwide 1 (BBBW1) advertising co-operative is a business organization owned by the members who participate in the activities of the co-operative.

Control rests equally with all members and prospective customers gained by its collective advertising are distributed to the members in a rotation process proportion to the degree of shares individually invested.

Membership is voluntary and open to all persons able to participate financially and willing to accept the responsibilities and terms of membership. For the purpose of this particular co-operative BBBW1 is capped at a total membership of 200 individuals.
